Our residential care homes offer structured and supportive placements for children and young people who may not be suited to traditional foster care. These placements are designed for those who have experienced breakdowns in previous care arrangements, present with complex
behaviours, or require emergency support. Care is delivered by a team of professional,
rostered youth workers in purpose-built or rented homes. Our residential care program is transitional in nature—aiming to prepare young people for their next step, whether that is foster care, family reunification, or independent living. We focus on building resilience, fostering positive identity, and encouraging participation in
community life. Through personalised support and a stable environment, we help young people move forward with confidence, hope, and the tools to achieve their full potential.
